QualityMind is a product of Mikael Holmqvist AB (org. nr. 559570-0682), based in Stockholm, Sweden. Mikael Holmqvist AB is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the QualityMind platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

When you submit the early access form on our website, we collect:

• Full name
• Work email address
• Company name
• Job role (optional)
• Company size (optional)
• Current QMS system (optional)
• Free-text message (optional)

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this website. We do not collect data from minors.

2. Why we collect it

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Early access requests — to evaluate your interest, contact you about onboarding, and manage the waitlist. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Product communication — to send you updates about QualityMind's availability and features relevant to your expressed interest. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can opt out at any time.

3. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored on infrastructure located within the European Union. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

4. Who has access

Your data is accessible only to the QualityMind founding team for the purpose of managing early access requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your early access data for as long as it is needed to evaluate and manage your request, and no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data we hold
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
